  Close to the Cannon Theatre, Eaton's Centre. Clean, Comfortable, nice Zen appearance to the Lobby and Cafe area.

  I miss the Restaurant as I usually arrive at supper time. Breakfast was fine at the Cafe, though. Lots of Restaurants in the area.

  It was perfect for our weekend get away. Close walking distance to everything etc. restaraunts, shopping, markets, entertainment.

  We often had to wait for an elevator because there were too many people and the option of the stairs was a little strange as you had to go down stairs to then go up

  I always enjoy the location as it is so close to everything. And, of course, the price. It's also been renovated and is very modern and nice. Very clean.

  I was there for medical reasons as I had two doctors' appointments. I was not well and when I asked the receptionist if I might be able to stay maybe an hour after check out before my 2nd appt, they told me no. I go there all the time and thought it would have been good customer service to allow this without charging me $79.00.

  I was very impressed with this hotel as I wasn't expecting it to be that good considering the price. It was in an excellent location and had a very modern looking interior.

  Location

  It's the only hotel we've had in Canada without free Wifi. Very disappointing in an otherwise good hotel. Bit greedy I think

  The location was excellent for City Tour and Niagra trip as pick-up was ower.nly a block away at Dundas Square. Also within easy walking to Eaton Place and less than a half hour walk to the Lake Ontario and CN Tower.

  Location was excellent.The Eaton center within 5 minutes walk Dundas square just next to the hotel.Reasonable clean room, but smaller than used to in north America. Airport transfer stop is front of the hotel,

  Price was low but hotel felt clean and secure. Breakfast was a good value by hotel standards ($10) but quite limited while regular restaurant is under renovation. Front desk staff was efficient and courteous, Lobby was clean and neat but felt a little spartan, perhaps because redecoration after renovations is not finished. Room was well made-up. I will surely use this hotel again.
